CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
For security reasons, guests are required to verify their identity by presenting a passport or identification card (AADHAAR) at check-in.
CHILDREN
We welcome children aged 7 and above. If you are renting the whole villa for exclusive use, children of all ages are welcome.
VISITORS
To maintain the privacy and tranquility of Villa Vani, we kindly request that guests do not invite outside visitors to the property. Exceptions can be made for private events or exclusive villa bookings, with prior approval.
ANIMALS
We are sorry, but animals are not allowed.
RELAX
We do our best to ensure the peace of mind of our guests and our neighbours. Personal speakers or parties are not allowed. Request for silence after 10 pm.
NO COOKING
We operate a "staff only" kitchen policy. This is due to health and safety regulations, and to maintain comfort for everyone. Guests may use the microwave upstairs for simple needs (e.g. warming milk, reheating food,).
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK
Services like Swiggy are permitted for food delivery, but please note that cooking is strictly not allowed.
NO SMOKING
Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. For those who wish to smoke, we provide ashtrays in selected outdoor areas. Please remember to always do so in a respectful manner to the people around you.
VEHICLES
We have a limited parking availability next to the property, which you are welcome to use on a first-come, first-served basis.
PERSONAL EFFECTS
Villa Vani takes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables within the facility. If you discover you have left anything of value behind, please call or email us immediately and we will do our best to help you locate the lost item.
OBJECTS FOUND
VIlla Vani is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. However, any items, with the exception of perishable items, left by our guests and found after departure by housekeeping staff will be collected, recorded, and stored in a safe place for pickup by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear and toiletries will be discarded.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY
You are responsible for any damage caused to your room, hotel premises or property by you or anyone in your group. If such damage is discovered after your departure, we reserve the right and you authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or hotel property during your stay, covering all property damage, missing or damaged items, and any related costs.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Villa Vani Is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that violates national and state laws. Villa Vani has a zero-tolerance policy that we will refuse to admit or refuse service or lodging in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to comply with reasonable standards and policies established by Indian law and the owners for the operation and management of the hotel.
