Wellness, at Villa Vani, is not prescriptive. It is personal.
For us, it begins with something simpler—and often overlooked: the ability to feel at ease.
To feel safe. To slow down enough for the body to soften, and for the mind to quieten.
Located in Mysore, a few hours from Bangalore, Villa Vani feels like a hidden oasis—private, calm, and removed from the chaos of everyday life. It is designed as a space for rest and recalibration, where aesthetics and nature support a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Guests often tell us they sleep better at Villa Vani than they do at home.
Our rooms are designed for deep, uninterrupted rest, because sleep is often the first and most essential form of healing.
Wellness is also nourishment—what we put into our bodies ultimately shapes how we feel.
At Villa Vani, breakfast is the foundation of the day. Food here is home-cooked: simple, delicious, and prepared with care.
Morning or evening walks around Kukkarahalli Lake offer a quiet, grounding rhythm to the day. You might choose to climb the steps to Chamundeshwari Temple, or spend time by the sacred Cauvery River—each inviting a deeper connection to place, and to something older and more elemental. These are not activities to be scheduled, but experiences to be felt.
There is no single way to experience wellness here.
Villa Vani offers the container. What unfolds is entirely your own.
We work with a trusted network of practitioners in Mysore and can facilitate:
Most sessions with selected practitioners take place at established yoga studios and Ayurvedic centres, all within a short walk of Villa Vani. Therapeutic bodywork sessions can be arranged onsite at the hotel.
If you would like to incorporate any of these into your stay, we invite you to enquire in advance, or speak with us during your time here.
